I run the Etsy shop MEGranger Totes where I design and screen print tote bags for wedding welcome gifts, wholesale, event favors, and everyday. I also offer my beautiful, high quality, USA made tote bags blank for DIY projects – they are wonderful for printmaking, embroidery, vinyl, and more!

On my blog, I will share my new designs, freshly printed totes, DIY ideas and tutorials, along with some of my personal creative, handmade adventures. I love exploring new crafts and also incorporating these explorations onto tote bags. Tote bags are a lovely canvas to display and add functionality to handmade creations; whether you embroider, weave, paint, or enjoy another medium – adding it to a tote allows you to display your craft wherever you may go.

About My Small Business:

In 2012, I designed and screen printed the wedding welcome bags for our Vermont wedding. Little did I know, the small business my sister and I started in high school was going to take a turn inspired by this DIY project.

After my wedding, I started to design custom tote bags and sell them on Etsy. I worked day in and day out to perfect my designs and screen printing skills. From Massachusetts to North Carolina and back again, my business has come along for the ride.

I use vinyl to create my stencils instead of screen printing chemicals. I screen print my tote bags by hand using water-based inks. My designs are fully customizable from layout to color to text to bag size – I work with my customers, sending and adjusting proofs until their designs are exactly what they are hoping for.
