I used a variety of fibers along with several different weaving techniques to create this circular weaving. I used cotton string/rope and several kinds of yarn then applied knotting, rya knots, and plain weave to create texture and dimension to my weaving. Once I removed the finished weaving from my circular loom I grabbed my small tote bag blank and handstitched the weaving to the bag. What better way to display it than on a tote bag I can use every day!
